These terms apply to orders in this online shop. The seller is first care pharmacy.

Your order

The products on this page are not a binding offer. When you send your order you make an offer to buy, and the contract is made when we confirm your order.

Prices and payment

Prices are final prices, including GST where it applies. You pay when you collect in the shop.

Collection

You collect your order in the shop. We let you know when it is ready.

Returns and complaints

If something is wrong with your order, contact us and we will put it right. Our grievance officer acknowledges complaints within 48 hours and resolves them within one month.
