What we collect

When you order, we collect what you give us in the order form:

• your name and phone number
• your email address, if you give it
• what you ordered, when, and the amount

Why we use it

• to take your order, prepare it and hand it over to you
• to contact you about your order
• to keep the records tax law requires

We do not sell your data and we do not send you marketing without your consent.

Who processes it for us

• NexPOS runs this shop and our till system and stores your order on our behalf.
• If you ask for it, we send order updates on WhatsApp (Meta).

How long we keep it

We keep orders and invoices for 8 years, as tax law requires. After that they are deleted.

Cookies

This shop only uses the cookies needed for your basket and your order. There are no tracking or advertising cookies.

Your rights and grievances

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, and withdraw any consent you gave. For any concern about your data or your order, contact our grievance officer, at firstcarepharmacyllp@gmail.com. We acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within one month.
